The EcoSurfer S2 does exactly what it says it keeps the surface clean on an ongoing basis. It's not going to rescue a pool buried in leaves after a storm, and the debris basket fills up faster than I expected when there's heavy fallout. But as a daily maintenance device? Outstanding. Setup took under 10 minutes, the app connected immediately, and the SolarSeeker feature (where it repositions itself to recharge in sunlight) is genuinely clever engineering. Knocked one star because it occasionally gets nudged toward the pool intake though the included foam bumper fixes that. Solid product.
